Sockeye Salmon

Known for its rich flavour and distinctive deep red flesh, even after cooking. High oil content makes it difficult to overlook. Available fresh from June to October.

Coho

Coho has orange coloured flesh, delicate flavour and firm texture. An excellent choice for grilling. Available fresh from June to October, caught by trolling and gill nets.
